Club/CSCA Track Day - Round 4
Entries are OPEN - scroll down for details
For 2025, the Mazda MX-5 Club of NSW has joined CSCA (Combined Sports Car Association) and will utilise all CSCA rounds for our Sprint Championship, allowing us to compete in more events over the season and at more tracks, including the GP and Druitt Circuits at SMSP which have never previously formed part of our sprint championship. We also make our return to One Raceway, formerly known as Wakefield Park.
Competitors will be eligible for both the MX-5 Club Sprint Championship (using our rules) and the CSCA Championship (using CSCA’s class structure). As such, when you enter a club track day in 2025, you will be required to nominate a vehicle class for both MX-5 Club and CSCA Championships.
Round 3 of the 2025 MX-5 Club Sprint Championship will be organised by Club Lotus Australia.
MX-5 Club of NSW Technical Rules
Please note there have been some changes in the technical rules and benchmark times for the championship vehicles classes. You should review those updates when entering an event in 2025.
A new 2025 class declaration form is required for all club track day entrants.
Those who wish to reserve a competition number must apply via the CSCA website and pay an annual fee of $10.
Entry and Documentation

Minimum License Required: Current Motorsport Australia Speed/Speed Junior Licence or superior.
Please complete your Event Entry on the Motorsport Australia Member Portal.
Please read the Supplementary Regulations.
Additionally, when entering the event you must complete the following two Motorsport Australia documents, and e-mail them to the Event Secretary motorsport@clublotus.com.au:
When entering the event on the Motorsport Australia Member Portal, please ensure that:
- Your CSCA reserved number is updated, otherwise you will be allocated a number.
- Your lap time for this and other circuits are entered and up to date. A guide to assist with this process is provided in the Supplementary Regulations. This information is needed to allocate you into an appropriate run group.
Magnetic door numbers - If you wish to borrow a set of our Club's magnetic door numbers, you MUST contact president@nsw.mx5.au in advance to arrange it. They will NOT be available at the track unless you have prearranged it!
Please also note that as this Supersprint is part of the CMC/Shannons weekend at SMP, garages are not available for competitors as stall holders for Sunday’s event will be setting up. Carports will be available on a first come first served basis. If you have any questions the motorsport committee team can be contacted at motorsport@clublotus.com.au.
We look forward to seeing a big field of MX-5 Club members entering this event, which is the first time SMSP GP has been included in our Sprint Championship. The event is limited to 120 drivers and is sure to fill up so don't delay getting your entry in!
