A small but enthusiastic group of women headed off on our short run from Mt Colah Maccas to the Moonee Moonee Club which overlooked the Hawkesbury River. We were all hoping the rain would hold off as Tropical Cyclone Alfred was heading towards  the north coast of NSW and Queensland which was bringing some unsettled weather our way. Fortunately the weather was kind to us even sending some sunshine our way.

Even though this was a planned club run, no one drove their MX5s for various reasons, instead bringing their daily drivers! Sandra did drive her NEW Mazda CX30 2.5lt which resulted in a great deal of conversation, backing up our love of Mazda cars. 

Lots of laughs and conversation was had with these lovely ladies whilst enjoying our delicious seafood meal which  was topped off with a glass of bubbles.
