Round 5 of the MX-5 Cup has been run and won at Wakefield Park. 13 entrants lined up for qualifying, the recent blistering times continuing with half the field laying down laps in the 1:06s.

The first club track day of the 2015/2016 competition year was run at Sydney Motor Sport Park South Circuit on Saturday 29th August 2015. This track day was also the annual Interstate Challenge event between teams representing the MX-5 Club of Victoria and Tasmania, and the MX-5 Club of NSW.
