The Corner Pocket Run
You’re invited to the Breakfast Club’s premier 2026 driving event: “The Corner Pocket – Country to Coast and Back Again.”
Join us for three full, freeway-free days designed for MX-5 drivers who love sweeping roads, warm company, and the joy of exploring the hidden gems of south eastern area of this great country.
Our journey begins in Cooma, where we’ll gather over coffee and conversation before setting off toward the rolling farmland of Candelo. From there, we wind south to Bombala, taking in its high-country charm before cruising toward the sparkling coastline of Mallacoota for sea air and good cheer.
Day two sends us climbing into the alpine beauty of Omeo, with its historic streets and spectacular mountain vistas. Then it’s on to Corryong, home of country hospitality and the perfect place to stretch our legs, swap stories, and admire each other’s MX-5s.
On the final day, we trace a fresh route back to Cooma, completing a perfect loop of scenic roads, great food, and new friendships.
Whether you’re a seasoned Club driver or joining us for the first time, “The Corner Pocket” promises memorable miles, relaxed camaraderie, and that unbeatable top-down freedom only an MX-5 delivers.
Please note that this is a waypoint run and is graded H-XH. Participants should familiarize themselves with the waypoint guidelines and the run grading criteria before attending. More information can be found here:
