NatMeet XVI will be held in the Hunter Valley from Sunday 3rd May to Friday 8th May 2026
Event Information Detail
NatMeet XVI is open to all members of all Australian Mazda MX-5 Clubs.
What's included in your Registration fee
The entry fee is $700 per person and includes:
- Welcome Pack, including Regalia items
- Entry into Show N Shine or Pride of Ownership competition
- Day drives in the Hunter and surrounding areas
- Items indicated in the program below

At Pokolbin Registration opens at 2pm in foyer at Rydges Resort. spend some of the afternoon preparing your car for tomorrow. Tonight a Welcome BBQ function, onsite at Rydges, first drink included |

Morning - Show N Shine / Pride of Ownership, Morning tea and Picnic Box lunch provided Evening dinner (not included) is on your own, try the Rydges venues or venture to Cessnock for a variety of venues. Information will be in your welcome pack. If eating dinner at Rydges advise you make a reservation. |

Accommodation Information
Preferred accommodation for the event will be at the Rydges Resort Hunter Valley where:
- all runs will start and finish
- most dinner events are hosted
- organised transport will depart from and return to
- Show N Shine will be hosted
- ample secure parking is available.
Rydges Resort Facilities
- A variety of rooms: motel style or 1,2 and 3 bedroom villas
- 2 heated pools, on-site dining, onsite micro-brewery
- Golf course, spa, tennis courts, and gym
- 4-star comfort in the heart of wine country
- Car parks, resort grounds, and access to our dinner venues are all on one level.
- Allocated area for Show N Shine
- Designated areas for our daily drives to start from and return.
Accommodation Prices for NatMeet at Rydges Resort

✅ Registration Steps
Registration will be a Three-step process, please read and follow all 3 steps.
Step 1. Complete the registration form and pay
Registration can be paid in full or two instalments.
If paying instalments, it will be broken into two payments of $350 for each person
- 1st payment is open now! and closes on 31st Oct 2025
- 2nd payment registration opens on 1st Nov 2025 and closes on 31st Dec 2025
Each registration will be for one vehicle with up to two occupants. If you plan to bring two vehicles then please register separately, each with a single registrant and vehicle.

Step 2. Book Your Accommodation for NatMeet
Event Dates: 3rd May – 8th May 2026 (5 nights)
To get the best price for your stay, please note:
It is not compulsory to book your accommodation using the block code below.
We recommend comparing options on the Rydges website before finalizing your booking.
Option 1: Book Without the Contract Block Code
You may find a better rate by booking as a standard reservation.
Rydges occasionally offers promotional deals that are cheaper than our group contract rate.
If an EVT Stays member price is available, we encourage you to join EVT Stays, the free loyalty program for Rydges and affiliated hotels.
Membership is free and may unlock a lower rate than our fixed price.

- If the rate is less than the rates mentioned earlier then book this way.
Mention that you are part of the MX-5 Club NatMeet Event
- Otherwise mention the block code NATMEET2026 and you will be recognised as part of the NatMeet event and charged the contract rates listed in the table above.
Please Note: Accommodation prices were negotiated with Rydges as part of the event contract. Rydges offer special deals on accommodation rates from time to time, but this may not coincide with our event dates. You can choose to defer your accommodation booking to see if any special deals come available closer to the event, but we can offer no guarantee that any or all of the accommodation types will remain available.
