Run to the Banana Cabana — with a little monkey business along the way
We’re rolling out from McDonald’s Dural and winding our way through some of the Hills’ best backroads — open sweepers, quiet rural stretches, a twisty climb, and even a ferry crossing to keep things interesting. No Galston Gorge this time, but plenty of curves to keep the MX‑5s happy.
Our final stop is the Banana Cabana, home of the cheekiest monkeys in the Hills and the perfect spot to park up, laugh about the drive, and enjoy a well‑earned Devonshire tea.
Top down, sunshine, great company… and a few furry troublemakers waiting at the finish. Sounds like a perfect morning run.
