Looking for Ned
We’re off to Kelly Country, for no particular reason other than I can fit in a good drive down, a good drive back and a few good drives while we are away.
Yes, we’ll be on the lookout for Ned, but he’s just an excuse to explore the region. Along the way I hope to tour a bit around northeast Victoria, which I am told is ‘a favourite destination for lovers of food wine and beautiful scenery’.
The plan, as it currently stands, is to head to Beechworth, where we will stay for four nights. From there, we will take day runs to places of interest. There’s lots to see within a couple of hours of our accommodation, whether Ned is the theme or eating … or driving. There should be something for everyone.
