Club/CSCA Track Day - Round 4
For 2026, the Mazda MX-5 Club of NSW has again joined CSCA (Combined Sports Car Association) and aims utilise all CSCA rounds for our Sprint Championship, allowing us to compete in more events over the season and at more tracks, including the GP and Druitt Circuits at SMSP which have never previously formed part of our sprint championship. We also make our return to One Raceway, formerly known as Wakefield Park.
Competitors will be eligible for both the MX-5 Club Sprint Championship (using our rules) and the CSCA Championship (using CSCA’s class structure). As such, when you enter a club track day in 2026, you will be required to nominate a vehicle class for both MX-5 Club and CSCA Championships.
TSOA are currently planning to runs this event in both directions - Wakefield Park direction (clockwise) in the morning and Shelley Circuit (anti-clockwise) in the afternoon. CSCA will score this event as two separate events for that reason for the CSCA championship. We are yet to decide how we handle this situation for the MX-5 Club Sprint Championship.
MX-5 Club of NSW Technical Rules
Please note there may be some changes in the technical rules and benchmark times for the championship vehicles classes. You should review those updates when entering an event in 2026.
A new 2026 class declaration form is required for all club track day entrants.
