Canberra Chapter - Annual Meeting
Our annual meeting presents an opportunity for all members to discuss how the Chapter is going - to offer feedback and suggestions for how we can make the most of our MX-5s and our experience in belonging to the Club.
Lunch first, then the meeting. Meet at noon, for 12.30 lunch.
Meeting to commence at 2.00 pm
Our Chapter is managed by volunteers, and the meeting is a chance to collectively say 'thank you' for their work. We currently have volunteers in the following positions:
- Convenor
- Events Coordinator
- Events Committee Members
- Website and Social Media Coordinator
- Motorsport Coordinator
- Council of ACT Motor Clubs Delegate.
John Chapuis will be stepping down as Convenor after two great years in the job. So the Convenor's position, and that of all volunteers, is open for nominations. If you are interested in taking part in the Chapter's management, please consider nominating.
If you wish to nominate for any position as a Chapter Volunteer or add items to the agenda, please advise John by Friday 7 August. John is happy to talk with anyone about the various roles if you wish to get further information.
We would welcome your attendance at the meeting and your feedback on how we are doing in making the most of your MX-5. The Chapter - and the Club - is all for the members, of course, and we'd love to hear any suggestions you may have for improvements or changes. We are all keen to maintain our reputation as a friendly active club dedicated to the enjoyment of owning and driving the magnificent Mazda MX-5.
