Club Track Day - Wakefield Park

Join us for another of our famous track days at Wakefield Park.
Spectator entry is FREE and the MX-5 drivers are always happy to see visitors and answer any questions about how to get involved with motorsport.
If you aren't planning to drive, still come and say hello!
Ladies Group
We would like to again have a dedicated ladies-only group, numbers permitting. The group will be supported by our experienced drivers who will provide guidance and advice for those in the ladies group, as well as for all Wakefield Park first-timers. This is a great opportunity to share some butterflies and excitement with like-women-folk.
MX-5 Cup
The MX-5 Cup is an entry level race series for MX-5's only, which has been gong since 2014. It is intended to provide a great environment for beginning racers, with a friendly atmosphere both off and on track.
At this track day we will be include MX-5 Cup races in the program. This will be a fantastic opportunity for the MX-5 Cup racers to show the spectacle of close but fair racing.
To enter for this MX-5 Cup event you will need to complete and submit the entry form, available for download from here. The MX-5 Cup entry proces is separate to that for the track day, so do not submit a track day entry.
Pre Track Day Dinner
Also, jwe will likely organise a group dinner the night before the track day. Stay tuned for more information.
Entry Fee & Payment
We now have to hire professional rescue services for our Wakefield Park track days, rather than relying on Sam and his F100 truck. As a consequence, the entry fee has increased by $10 to cover the cost of the fire and rescue servces. We hope that we don't need their services, but regardless, it will be good to have them there.
The club has decided to move away from credit card payments for our motorsport events. We have been unable to find a method of automating credit card payments with our current entry system, and want to avoid the ongoing risks to your information from processing card payments manually.
From this track day, the preferred method of payment is by direct deposit. Please be sure to include the reference number provided by the entry system when performing the bank transfer, so we can identify your payment.

If you are a member of the MX-5 Club of NSW, and you have entered an MX-5 Club track day before, you can entire online via the link below.
If you are not a member of the MX-5 Club of NSW, or you are a member but have not entered for an MX-5 Club track day before, you must contact the event secretary so you can be registered with the online entry system. Please send an email to "eventsec@mx5.com.au", with your name, address, phone number, email address and the date of the event you wish to enter. If you are a MX-5 Club of NSW member, also please include your membership number. The event secretary will then email back to you within a few days, with details on how you can enter the event.
