Professionally modified engine, suspension and brakes. An Immense amount has been spent making this car work well.
Runs on Pump 98 or E85 producing a reliable 275rwkw and 600NM of torque. YES 275 Kilowatts at the rear wheels!!!!!!!
Sits on Koya semi-forged wheels and Nankang AR1 semi-slicks, but we have SE wheels and great tyres available at extra cost.
Bloody fast car. Only beaten by full-prepped and stripped-out race-only MX5's at recent MX5 track days.
Fully built and forged motor with less than 5,000kms since re-build, forged everything, polished head, mods to head to stop blow-by, rear engine cooling, huge after-market radiator & intercooler, Monstrous top-mount Turbo and related manifolds, huge injectors, Haltec ECU and all the safety systems and lots, lots more.
Custom Shockworks Coilovers all valved and sprung to suit the car.
Yellow Speed 300+mm front rotors and red calipers - it'll almost do a stoppy!
Sparco Sprint seats and harnesses. (NB. the seats are getting a bit ripped now).
Half cage, OMP flat-bottom steering wheel with removable boss.
Aftermarket stereo with handsfree bluetooth - the car even still has air conditioning and every road feature you need.
Body work near perfect as was re-sprayed 2 or so years ago due to a dented door and some scratches (got run into the side-of on the way to work - nothing serious or structural).
Could do with a new soft-top as this is the original 20yo roof.
Basically - this is an absolute gem of a car. Probably had 3 times the sale price spent on it, but my father-in-law, Mark and I - the co-owners are just not using it enough and someone should be loving this brilliant car.
As noted above, it really only needs a roof and newer seats to be the fastest, most reliable, road-registered, show/ track-car in the club.
